We are happy to exchange or refund your Mummy Mitts if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
How To Return or Exchange
- Contact us via email at sales@mummymitts.com or by telephone on 0845 3 90 80 68 to inform us of the return.
- Please enclose the invoice with the return
- We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Sadly we cannot refund your postal charges for exchanges or returns.
Goods are returned to Mummy Mitts at your own expense however we will send your exchange back recorded delivery at no extra charge.
If the reason for your return is due to faulty goods we will refund your postage charges.
In all cases please keep proof of your delivery, we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
You will receive your refund, credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to refund any item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original purchaser.
